Cash Flows

Depending on the provided information, we capture all possible information from your cashflow statements

Cashflow contributions: We are tracking the use of the invested capital, may it be investment cost, management fees, interest, or contribution categories you defined yourself!
Commitment positions: To keep track of the invested capital we are capturing information about the commitment positions of each investment, as these information are used in our reports and dashboard.
Remaining commitments: As important as commitment positions are the remaining commitments of each investment. And yes, of course: We are taking recallable distributions into account! Be informed about your outstanding commitments all the time and use this information for your personal analysis!

Valuations

When valuating your investments, we are doing both, we capture valuation data from provided documents and calculate valuations based on latest available valuations and cashflows.

Capital Account Statements: We capture valuations together with other data, such as remaining commitments and, if provided, all other available information with incoming capital account statements.
Quarterly/Annual Reports: As soon as we receive annual reports, we are checking for valuation inconsistencies. If inconsistencies occur, we let you know right away!
Calculated Valuations: As reporting cycles of some target investments might be longer than others (on a half year basis or yearly), your valuations will be calculated on a monthly basis by taking the latest available valuation and cashflows into account.

Attributes

Attributes are the central element in regards to generating consolidated reports! We make attributes freely definable and capture attribute data according to your wishes!

Asset classes & sectors: Naturally, asset classes and sector data build the core of every report. Feel free to define capturing guidelines and even new attributes, such as sub strategy or investment focus.
